This design with the half moon regulator was made in this size from 1928 until 1939, and, as stated in Drewett's book, only about 400 or so of these was ever produced. This one is in excellent condition and free of any major defects that I could find. The patina is solid, the click is very smooth and the reel is tight. Love this thing!

Style: H-shape, Size: 38 inch
Legs seem decently thick. They could be a little sturdier. The paint has stayed with no chips or flakes. Color has not faded. It sits at the perfect height for a desk. Screws and hardware do the job. No welds to speak of, everything screws together. I’ve used these for a year and a half as a school desk and has held up well. I took a sheet of project board with stain and polyurethane as my top. Works excellent
