The reel was sent to Stan in 2008 for servicing and because of this, the reel's mechanics are in excellent condition. We have the paperwork from Stan when the reel was serviced. The drag is very strong on this reel. Obviously it's seen its share of rocks, but there are no chips or dings, just plenty of "rash" and scratches on the side
