Aroner Hunt Pattern 7' 3/2 #4This Aroner Hunt Pattern is very early example of my work, dating to the mid 1980's. It differs from my later rods by the following two details: there is a wooden lip on the reel seat where it meets the rear of the grip and the wraps are a slightly darker shade of red then the current "may rose" color that I would later settle on (with edges that are also slightly darker). This rod boasts a medium cigar grip and has a mortised walnut spacer with a cap
