I bought this for my granddaughter who rows crew in a rowing club. This keeps her on the water many hours weekly catching sun rays from the sun, and reflected from the water surface. I learned about the effectiveness of this product from my skincare Dr. My granddauaghter knew all of the danger, as she is a teenager, but did not do enough, for the same reason, so I sent this to her. She loves me, so she uses it. She'll love me more later.
