Ridge Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon York Creek 1989Winemaker Notes: The mid September rains slowed ripening at York Creek, but did no damage to the grapes. The vines, benefiting from their location high on Spring Mountain, ripened fully by early October. These small, concentrated, mountain vineyard grapes can contribute high levels of tannin as well as intense fruit. We fined early to moderate those tannins and accentuate the vineyards typical blackberry and black pepper spice.

Good quality and fit but find it funny that the instructions with the air flow are on the side. I assume that would be facing out and was annoyed when I tried to close and it didn’t fit. Probably should have read the directions. Still would recommend
