Tachometer, USSR, Soviet, 3000 RPM I-16(?) FighterThis is what is believed to be either a WWII era or 1950's vintage single engine tachometer from an aircraft of the USSR, measuring up to 3000 RPM. It appears to be similar to the tachometer used by the early Soviet Fighter Polikarpov I 16. See image of the I 16 instrument panel from its 1941 flight manual showing the location of the instrument. Good soap set I like the smell and the 4 pack last a good while. My only complaint about the soap is at the end it was soggy soap and hard to get it to dry.
I will give the other bar a try if it does the same thing I might not be using this.

I like this soap. It has great scent with adequate strength to support feeling fresh and clean.
