Description
G4 Añejo40% ABV G4 is the flagship brand of Destileria El Pandillo. The Aejo is made from 100% Blue Agave from Los Altos in Jalisco. The agaves are roasted in brick ovens and crushed with Felipe's custom tahona. It is fermented in open top stainless steel tanks without bagasso (agave fibers) and utilizing spring water and captured rain water. It is double distilled in copper pots. It is then aged in well used ex Bourbon barrels for a minimum of 18 months.

Good Look and Adjustable Heights

Legs are sturdy enough, but to hold a small marble top, it required additional glue to secure the "wobble." Adjustable height was excellent and material quality good. Easy enough to install and works well for a table that I don't plan to move frequently.
