Historic Print #26: Tommy Davis' Street Machine (1940)Tommy Davis was the owner of this wild street machine back in 1940. It was supposedly put together by Homer Farneman using a Miller race car chassis and a narrowed Model A body before being passed onto Eugene Von Arx and then Tommy. Tom rebuilt it in 41 and had 362 louvers punched in the hood and side panels at ten cents each. The car was no slouch with the Olds Straight eight power, having run 113. 92 mph at Harper Dry Lake in '42. It was last spied

Very impressed with quality

Quality, pliable and exactly what I was hoping for. I used it for a remote negative terminal kill switch. I have a C10 and Ran the cable from the negative terminal into the cab to a 12-volt kill switch and then back out of the cab to a ground on the frame.
I would definitely recommend the cable and use it again.

This Solenoid is an adequate OEM replacement, at an incredible, low price.
Size: PP67-712 V1
This solenoid replaced a bad 350 Chev. Mercruiser starter Solenoid. It works perfectly with only a minor, simple modification of the mounting bracket . (Hole centers were slightly off needing only 1 new hole drilled on the engine bracket only. A very easy mod.) The Solenoid body itself is an exact match for the OEM and works flawlessly at a price that is literally 10 times less than what the Manufacturer charges.
