2024 Pooley Pinot GrigioPinot Grigio from our Butchers Hill and Cooinda Vale vineyard plus local growers, all from the Coal River Valley. Fruit was handpicked and cooled overnight to 5 degrees. Fruit was then whole bunch pressed to tank. After a cold settle overnight the juice was coarsely racked allowing some solids in the ferment. The juice was inoculated using TXL yeast. The wine was matured on fine lees for 4 months prior to bottling. A soft blush from skin contact

Assembly was a bit rough

It is serving the purpose it is bought for. However the assembly was harder than it should have been.
Joining the parts A and B (two iron pipes) was very hard. We can't use any tools to do that and it has to be done manually and every joint was very tight and very hard to to do. I had to struggle to make 24 joints for the length I need. At one point I was going to return it, but I needed it very badly so continued with the assembly.
